Once i made it threw the holidays ,I new i was done with smoking !! The hustle & bustle , the crowds the drinking , which i didnt do in the first few months , not even 1 as they go hand in hand with eachother like penut butter & jelly 🙂 So i hope any newbie stayed strong & keeps moving forward. smoking is just a waste of timeand life . & its self distructive .
