i have tried quitting before without success. I'd really like to quit once and for all but I don't know if that's possible for me. Does/did anyone else feel that way?
I say keep trying I was one who thought I would never quit, but here I am 3months later and so very grateful I have quit such an ugly addiction, and it did'nt hurt I was diagnosed with cancer now a very grateful cancer survivor. If i can do it I know you can.
Welcome to the site! Let me tell you - quitting is possible! I smoked for 40 years and quit over a year ago - so, you CAN do this! Getting past that fear and uncertainty is the toughest part. I did a lot of reading to prepare - it made such a difference! Please read the 10 part course at - http://quitsmokingonline.com/ and Allen Carr's book - "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking" - free download - http://joga.365.lt/Allen-Carr_Easy-Way-To-Stop-Smoking_Download-free-PDF-EBook Stick around - the support here is great!
