Had a great b-day and holiday. looking forward to a great road trip soon, ( so excited). it is such a blessing and truly a a gratifying feeling to not smoke any more. almost 600 days wow. I gotta give the glory to God. couldn't have done it without him. Hope everybody is doing well in there quit. Too all the new comers(even Me) its get easier as time passed on,but morso it feels better , yes every part of your body. I just notice,I don't cough anymore wth,, yes feeling good!!
