hey everyone i'm still around and still haven't had a smoke, but let me tell you some cigs sure do smell pretty awesome but then there is others that really smell and stink and i think thats what i;m noticing now is how i used to smell when i was smoker boy know one ever tells you that one. any way i know i haven't had a smoke in over a month and i keep spiting up flem gross and other wise ive just tried to keep busy (which isn't hard to do in this state) everyone keep up the good work on not smoking it is worth it
