help!!!

So i am planning on visiting my family tomorrow through friday and i need to know what helps you when driving for long distances. they live 3 hrs away from me. i used to smoke to pass the time and even had to limit myself to one per 30 minutes. its so easy to chain smoke when your trapped in a car. as i'm sure you all know too well. so please give me your advice. i wont have any cigs in the car so i smoking is not an option but what can i do to keep from going crazy?
