Great Job Eleanor on 4 months. Listen to what Nancy has to say, it is so true about this crazy addiction, Never a good reason to smoke!

Great job on staying smoke-free for 4 months! That's quite an accomplishment. Maybe you just need to include some light exercise to give your metabolism a little boost. I'm partial to walking and yoga. Some people like Zumba. It's definitely NOT LIGHT exercise, but it is a lot of fun.
