Well alot has been happening since i last posted.  my exercise bike died and I bought a schwinn 230 I invested in my anti wheelchair goals I've been eating fruit and vegetables instead of chips and junk food.  I've been riding the bike everyday 2 times.  i ride 10 miles in the morning and 10 miles in the the after noon.  i used to be 198  and I'm now 162 ibs I've never been 160s ever.  my doc said 190 was my normal weight, guess I proved him wrong lol

I do arm pulleys 3 hours a day.

and In 9 days ill be at 12 years that i quit smoking. woohoo!

love and misss you all
