just wanted to let everyone know I'm alive.. had to make a last minute trip to Ohio...  unfortunately I've smoked while I've been here do to stress and depression but I'm making my new quit date January 12... that's when I go back to Colorado...  I haven't really been online much so I figured I should probably let you guys know I was ok...  well post more later...
