 Hi i just quit 11-19 Sat will be 2 weeks ive been tired drinking alot of water with a tiny bit of juice added eating hard candy chewing gum chewing toothpicks and trying to get motivated to start exercising also quit drinking coffee using chantix so far so good very few side effects trying to cope with living with 2 smokers! good luck to all  Cheryl
