having a rough time

i dont know maybe its just NML... today i been feeling like its been so long since i smoked...

and then thought s come and say.. whats the use no one cares... now i know everyone here is gonna say they care and dont smoke and all that.. thats not why im here...

im here cause its been 70 days... and its just a drop in the bucket... really ..cause i dont want to smoke for the rest of my life and 70 days is just a start... really... at least i hope..

well any way .. im gonna read allen carrs book again.. maybe im losing the frame of mind i was in...gotta freshen my resolve..i dont know maybe im depressed
