I am very happy to be 130 days smoke free. Have quit one to many times and thought I would not get to be like the elders on this and other sites. Once I made a committ to stop smoking. And no more maybes, God help me. but, tomorow, I do not know, I'll start another time, I have to smoke the rest of this pack, and my favorite I not hurting my husband, son and grandson. Others in my family ONLY Me I'm hurting. Says my nicotine addict. Lias Lias. N. O. P. E. is so much better, even when the thought still come and says just one. No such thing, do you want everything that comes with that one puff, or cigarrete. Is one of my favorite thought, or deep breathing even when I feel the anger, getting the best of me.
