I adapted a new habbit to help me beat smoking, now am out to use the same principle to solve one of my other problems; credit card debt, you see i've been living on tomorrow for a while now, always paying with the credit card and hoping i can pay it off at months end, but slowly I started to fall behind, paying less than I had spend on the card. This resulted in a lot of debt and the bank also decided to put me on one of those poor credit credit cards which am being charged a lot of interest for, so I've decided i'll only pay with my debit card or with cash.
The hope is that with cash or a debit card i'll know exactly how much I have and how much of it am willing to spend, unlike the credit card where I only cared about how much credit was available, that was poor management but now am ready to improve!
