My name is Sylvia, I'm married and have a son that's 20, and a dog named Shady. I've smoked for 37 years since I was 13. I was able to quit in the late 90's with the use of Zyban for three years, but never truly surrendered, needless to say I went back to smoking. This time around, I educated myself by reading and asking lots of questions. I was prepared to quit, and went to extreme measures to elimate all of my excuses to smoke, I was tired of being a slave to nicotine and having it totally control my life. I just wanted to be free. I found this wonderful site on a tv commerical and my life hasn't been the same. My last smoke was on Oct. 6th @ 5:45 PM, that has been it for me. I haven't found it necessary to have another puff , ONE DAY AT AT TIME with the help of this wonderful site and great group of people that I call my friends.
By listening and taking suggestions my life has improved tremendously.
