Good morning my dear family. Today is starting day 30 and I am getting excited. Is NML at 30 days or 60 days because I have heard both? Strange thing, I was dreaming my soon to be ex was following me and I couldn't loose him. This is the first time this has happened and we have been apart since April 15th. When I woke up, I thought of going to get a cigareette..It was like you fool you have quit and you don't even have any cigarettes in the house. Having to remind myself that I have quit is goofy isn't it?

I am going to therpaist this morning. I have been going since Dec. trying to fix my marriage but that didn't work as he was not willing. I hate to give this up but I need to let go of him. He is an empathetic Christian man and he is just awesome. He helped me when my daughter was murdered and kept me from committing suicide. That is with God's help.
