i had forgotten what it smelled like. the last few days around here in michigan have been awesome. sunny and almost 60, which in march is pretty good for us! i'm hitting day 34 today and i have to say i'm doing alright with it. i still feel the familiar pangs of wanting to smoke my brains out, bu t i know what my triggers are and i do my best to stay the hell away from them. my ex is a huge one that i can't avoid so ill have to figure that one out i suppose. some of you posted on my last blog that christopher should go outside to smoke. i should probably have mentioned that we don't live together and it's his house. i won't ask him to go outside in his own house, and he does keep it away from me. he'll light a candle and keep the fan on in the bedroom while i'm in the living room so by the time i get in there it doesn't smell like smoke at all. i still love the way i smell. it's awesome to be able to sniff our own arm and smell the soap from your shower instead of the nicotine from a cancer stick. my daughter also told me today that my hair smelled good. she's 12 so getting a compliment from her is rare these days lol. my biggest problem now is knowing that i have all this built up crap in my body, all these toxins. does anyone know of a good detox? it can be one from scratch, store bought, whatever. i just want this shit (literally) out of my body. dropping a few pounds wouldn't be so bad either (: help me out here guys!!!!!
