hello everyone i never thought i'd be so excited to quit smoking my 19yr daughter now tells me i'm addicted to this site lol she quits with me july 26th. and i'm hoping my oldest daughter will join. i've been reading and listening to advise from all you wonderful people. all of ya'll are my hero's for helping me save me. i hope i can pay it forward and help others. i'm ordering the allen carr book and i've been on whyquit.com are there any other tip's or suggestions thx
