hi im 55 years old been smoking for about 40 years i seen my mom die at 63 from smoking i was 31 when mom die then dad die 10 month later from lung cancer look like i would have quite then sometime i thank it to late for me .last years my only granddaugther die she was all most 6 it all most kill me so i started smoking more .then in the winter my only aunt die of lung cancer i wonting to quite but my mine keep telling me i can,t now my husband had three bypass and he smoke he need a stent in his arm docter tell him if he dont quite he going to die. im so stress out . i tell myself every day this is it im quiteing then i start right back up .are there any help for me .if i dont quite i know there killing me and i cant help my husband if i cant help myself. please help
