Okay first cup of coffee ....what a bitch, but not as bad as i thought it would be, gonna be a tuff road gonna be a tuff day.I have patches sitting right next to me, but sooo far i am not in need i am hoping that god will give me the strength to due this cold turkey. I have thrown all my ashtrays away and all cigs and lighters. i think i might syphon the gas out of the cars LOL......just kidding.....well here goes my day ......DAY 1
