Ex plan is great! Glad to see you doing it. You can do this!

2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 bird and fish. Kids grown & gone. Oh and I can't forget the hubby!

Way to cut down! That's what I did! I'm just coming into the teenage years with my 13 year old son, I soooo know what you're talking about!! Hang in there! You're doing a GREAT JOB!!

Sounds like your doing the ex plan.. Those teenagers are something aren't they?? I've learned to take lots of deep breaths and chew on a healthy wad of gum! Much better then a smoke break for sure! Keep on keepin' on. The anticipation is harder then the actual quit.

I have 4 cats and a bird...Yeap they can be a handful too!

When is your planned quit date?

4 dogs!!!! god my 1 dog is a handful, and she's only 7lbs....I can't imagine 4...I'd go nuts LOL

Hi Susan, I joined last week and yesterday I only smoked 3 cigs. I hope to be smoke free by the end of March hopefully sooner , if I can quit I know you can. I am 56 years old and have been smoking since I was a teenager. Pray alot! with God all things are possible. Your Friend ,Peggy
