My Quit
I quit July 29,2008. It was a spur of the moment decision. I said I promiss this is my last smoke and it was. I quit at 4:00 cold turkey. My rough spots was day 3,week 1 and week 3.
I think I pretty much have it licked and today is my 40 day mark. I think now I need to find an eatting support group as I have gained 15 lbs! That is ok. I can lose the weight. Anyway that is my quit.
