Share your quitting journey
So I finally went and tried my yoga routine like I've been talking about. Pretty much kicked my butt. I only made it through about half the tape before I had to stop cause I couldn't keep up. I used to fly through that thing with no problem... wow it is sad how out of shape I got, because I preferred to self medicate rather than actually take care of myself. so I didn't finish the tape, but I'm proud of myself for giving it a try, and going to keep trying something on a daily basis from now on. I also have pilates stuff and am going to start walking around the neighborhood.
I'm still tired a lot, but it's slowly improving. my cognitive function is MUCH better than it was even a few days ago. I'm in pretty good spirits most of the time. I'm grateful for the progress I've made and for the great support on this site.
