Ahhh, (sigh of relief). So, Ive actually been doing really well! Still asneaky craving every now and agian, but otherwise completely smoke free for almost 6 months now. 1/2 of a year! I put on a pound or two, nothing to worry about though, seeing as how the effects of smoking are by far worse then gaining a bit of weight!

I have to say though, even with my sneaky cravings, I have no desire whatsoever to go back, Ive come too far, Im not going to mess that all up!

I love, love , love being smoke free! No longer a slave to the crave! 🙂

Hi Carrie, Good for you! I'm happy for you. This is just the beginning for me and I want to be able to say the same for myself. My quit day is Sept. 13. Wish me luck. Yvette

Sincere good luck to you! Its going to be a hard journey, but it really can be done. There will be moments when youll want to break and "just have one puff", but you just cant do it! Be stronge and remind yourself as often as nesseccary why youre quiting.
I feel so free now, not having to live my life around those nasty things. Good Luck again, and let me know if you need anything!
