Hello all.  I just wanted to stop in and say hello, and tell you I'm still quit.   I have had an incredibly stressful and difficult week, and I am just amazed that I was able to abstain from smoking.  This is the week of my daughter's last visit before she deploys to Afganistan in the next week or so.  Of course the military doesn't give her an exact date.  Anyway, this week has been very tearful. stressful, and filled with much family drama.  I had considered buying some smokes a few times, but I thought of all of you here, and I remembered that the stupid cig would not change a lousy thing in this crazy week, and thought, FORGET IT!

I just don't want to smell like that, and I need to stay healthy for my beloved grandaughter. So people, if I can do it, so can YOU.   Please stay strong.     I hope you all are still doing well, and you are all in my thoughts, and prayers.   Take care, my NOPE family 🙂
