Hey everyone, so it's day four and I woke up after having a very vivid ciggarete dream.. I saw my ashtry (which i threw away) and myself smoking a drag then putting the whole ciggarate out into the ashtray .. it felt so real! Anyway, I woke up today and it felt like i smoked 100 ciggarates, and I'm not really sure why, I swear I did not! .. Well it's almost noon and I haven't had any urges, we'll see where the day brings me .. wish me luck.
