I finally can get in my car after work and not think about smoking, did a circiut training work out this am, and didn't have to pause it once because i was out of breath (thats a first) Idon't get up in the am and crave a cigarette, and then i'm doing something simple and my demon rears up. so i change my activityand patiently wait. the craving is usually short term and goes away, tomorrow i'm going to try to run the rim of taughnok falls, this has been a goal for so very,very long (not to smoke), am very amazed that i am doing this, glad i'm stubborn and determined, will power wavers, that doesn't work for me
