Always something new happening in quitville...my sense of smell has become outrageously powerful...I know I'm suppose to be grateful for everything, but I could do without this bennie...

See, I am legally deaf, so my sense of smell is already acute...throw away the tobacco & I could probably survive in the wilderness just with this sense alone...lol...also,

My husband told me this afternoon that he has noticed that my breathing has improved while I sleep over the last few nights...that made me happy...of course, I'm never aware of the problem...but he is, and is happy to report this change!

Changes...reminders that quitting is the best choice...Friggin' YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

my new sense of smell hit me while in the grocery store. I just stood there and sniffed, and sniffed. LOL I am sure if anyone was watching they thought I was NUTS !! also notice it in church. i can smell everyone's perfume and cologne now. not sure if that's good or not. Ha Ha....  glad your breathing is better.

Looking forward to more +++'s from living in quitville...

To any newbies that may be reading this...please hang in there, any unpleasantries that you may be feeling WILL PASS BEFORE YOU KNOW IT !!!

Then the good starts to outweigh the bad 10 fold; 100 fold; 1,000 fold and so on...this happens fairly quickly in your quit...

An important key for me was sticking to this site...no matter what

Thank you EX family...

PEACE : )

Thanks for sharing. My bad breathing is the main motivator for quitting. I look forward to the day when I can say my breathing is better
