my name is Heidi and this is my last and final tempt to quit smoking.Ive had nothing but troubles sence the first quit I have had I had an 18 month quit before and lost it when I lost my Job.I only smoked for 2 weeks.after that and jumped rigth back on my quit and now have a 232 days smoke free on me.and Im enjoying it.I learned that smoking is an addiction we will always be addicts but we can quit it is possible to quit.But if you really want this you can accomplish it.Ive learned to protect my quit always and will never ever smoke again no matte what it takes.Its not worth it.Please always protect your quits.and just say nope...

September 3rd 2011 I said goodbye to you for the last time.I no longer need you,or want you in my life.Im stomping you out
of my life for good.I no longer need you to wake up and want you.I no longer need you before I go to bed at night
I no longer need you after I have a meal or have my morning coffee.or if i decide to have beer I no longer need you with it.
to me your just a killer.and addiction we dont need and expense we dont need.your a bad thing for young kids to get hooked on so they
can fit into a group.I dont need you to smell up my hair,my clothes.stain my teeth.I despise you really because you took over my life

cigarette.I really honestly dont need you in my life.I have my kids and my amazing boyfriend in my life that i can rely on.So therefore I just want
you gone out of my life.stay away from me.And dont bother come knocking on my door again because I will refuse to answer you
even when you try to sneak up on me.So Im shutting you out of my life for good.Good bye.and please dont come back...
