Use all your previous attempts as your tools for nicotine relapse prevention.  Now that you recognize the truth about your addiction, take all the steps to increase your awareness of your emotional triggers and positive steps you can take to cope reasonably without cigarettes.  It takes work.  You've spent years developing your addiction and it's vital to devote time, thought, and energy into quitting smoking.

you can do it... i know its a bummer to have to starat over.. ive done it three times already.. but if you really want to quit . you have to put some effort into it... yo didnt start in one day.. in fact most people worked at it... you probably smoked alot of cigs without inhaling... once you learned to inhale then you had to overccome the gaging and coughing... i know cause i went through that .. now you will have to reverse it ... learn to breathe again... learn to enjoy life!!!!
