i am not afraid to be grateful. i can say this, i was running on pure fear. everyday a stuggle. i have realized my support  network is there and can smile again. fear was settling in my heart and with a new diganosis of hypertention i could only make one choice and that is to stay quit. Thanks for the comments and support. This is and will be possible.
