Hello,
I am a 44 year old mother of 4 wonderful children. ages 25 girl, 23 boy and my christmas eve twin girls are now 17 years old.
Out of all my children the twins live with there father and when they come over and visit me. They are always complaining about the cig smoke .....So I have made a promise to myself and my kids that this year is the year that I will quit. Plus my health has not been that good this last two years. I started smoking because my mother would always ask me to light her cigarette for her when I was young. Then I finailing got to where I was taking cigarettes and hiding to smoke them.
So It has been since I started lightling them for my mother at the age of 10. I am hoping that I can quit this time for good. I think that I am on the edge of being a COPD. I am looking for a better life and a healthy one as well.
