Hey all, i figured i would update my feeling on quiting after 206 days, i smoked for over 30 years, smoked 2 packs or better, tryed stopping many times useing gum, patch, chantix, nothing seemed to work for me, woke 1 morning chokeing up nails like most smokers of 20 or better years do and decided thats it, had a cupple unopened packs of marlboros and 1 open one, crushed them that day, 7 or better a pack, didnt care just crushed and in the garbage they went. i went cold turkey and havent picked one up since, had a rough time for a good 80 days with urges on and off, others here post all that so dont really need ti write all that, but after that like 100 days you still have that dragged down thing going, tired,bored from not smoking and the sence that will never end, i felt worse at that time not smoking then when i smoked, my tummy hurt alot, i seemed to get headaches, just felt like crap and thought to just lite again, my urges wher gone tho, didnt really need a sig other then didn'twant to feel like shit anymore, anyway here i am at over 200 days and the last cupple weeks alot of that went away, i really today feel alot better and am so glad i kept my quit up, i am a non smoker now, nomatter what dont lite up, it rerally does get better, remember we smoked many many years andit takes more then a cupple weeks to beat this habbit, just dont forget why you stopped.
