I have about 3 weeks until my quit date. I'm realy not looking forward to the actual process, but am looking ahead and looking foward to not being a smoker. If anybody has any advice regarding"smoke breaks" that would be awesome. I work construction so its not like I have to leave the office to have smoke, but there's certain downtimes when I have to step back and think about ways to do something. This is usuallly when I want to smoke. If anyone has any suggestions as for any alternative behaviours that would be awesome. Thanks, Jonny
