When you drop down in dosage, be sure to have a few tools available to handle a bit of withdrawal. Slow, deep breaths, going slower and deeper with each work, as does a quick break just to walk it off. Keep a cold bottle of water handy from which to sip, and maybe some flavored toothpicks or sugarfree gum or mints. Maybe keep a stronger patch handy - it's better than smoking - and come here and write a blog with "HELP" in the subject line before you smoke if it gets too tough!
Good job!!!!! Trust your patch I read in one elder's blog. Congrats on your 11 days. I have 2 DOF. Today is my 3rd. Also using the patch. Keep reading and educating yourself. My quit kit has already saved me.
