When I was hopelessly lost and STILL not smoking (go me!) I came across this statue of Bigfoot.

And for whatever reason, coming across it in the middle of the city made me think of how triggers can hit you out of nowhere. I lost a 4 year quit once both because I'd been preparing to relapse for a long time, but then that trigger, a guy lit up next to me at the bus stop, and bam, 4 years gone. So be careful you no man's landers, you never know when you might encounter Bigfoot 🙂

Hi everyone, Never forget we're only a puff away from a pack a day!

Great reminder to stay vigilant always…I just wrote to Marilyn saying I am grateful for my quit, and will not take it for granted.
