We've all got to stick with N.O.P.E~Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W~No Matter What~It doesn't matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or day TEN or ONE hundred or a thousand or two thousand or whatever all that matters is that we don't allow LIFE to kick us in the teeth and allow a split second of whatever to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree! LIFE is going to happen whether we smoke or not so lets hang on tight to the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE ......
