It's a cold sunny day here in the Maritime Provinces but I'm not going to complain because just three hrs north of me there's still a thousand homes or so that hasn't had power since the ice storm Jan 30th and two people died trying to stay warm from carbon monoxide poisoning so how can I complain about the Cold? Life happens whether we smoke or not so choosing Not is the smartest decision any of us will ever make for ourselves so stick with your quit and keep stacking up those precious smoke free days.....Quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable ......
