I'm kinda in a brain fog this morning lol 😂 BUT I do know that it's Hump day AND that our buddy our pal our Hump day camel George is EXtremely pleased that I didn't forget to mention him so we both are wishing each of you reading this a stressfree hasslefree smokefree and or vapefree or dipfree day! No Matter what is happening in our lives or around the world WE MUST keep OUR QUITS IN TACT Which means ~ N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever AND Vigilance ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! It's NOT always easy especially in the early stages of our quits BUT it's absolutely doable AND totally worth it to be Free PLUS anything worth having takes time AND effort AND kicking nicotines butt into oblivion is TRULY THE GIFT OF LIFE! I've got well over 9 years of Freedom AND I smile at each and every day WON because I never ever thought I'd ever quit smoking let alone stick with it BUT here I am living my Forever Quit boy oh boy it sure as HELL was and is worth all of the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off for that damned fix!
