Well, 28 days and 12 hours. I feel good, but every now and then I have smoking dreams and wake up really pissed off and craving. What's up with that? Well, I wont go back to smoking, but these dreams need to bug off.

I've had so many smoking dreams that I lost count. I felt so guilty and felt like such a hypocrite! Then I felt total relief when I woke up and realized that it was just a dream! They are normal and soon they become very few and far between.

You know Laurie sometimes I wonder if we crave while we are sleeping like when we are awake and that brings on the dream. Who knows, Like Edith said they get fewer and fewer as your quit goes on, Wonder if they ever go totally away.? I think Im up to about smoking 4 packs now in my dreams, 🙂

Laurie...It's perfectly natural to have those smoking dreams, especially in the beginning of your quit. I rarely have them anymore since it's been over a year for me. Isn't it a relief, though, when you wake up to realize that you didn't really smoke?

No smoking dreams. I dreamed I had to wade to shore in really cold water last night at low tide.

LOL...that's so funny (not really), but I have had several dreams where I gave in and smoked a cigarettes-and was SOOOO mad at myself when I woke up. The good news is that it was a dream, and that just motivated me more to stay quit. I hated the feeling of giving in. Keep up the good work!

I have also had a few dreams where I smoked, or was searching for my cigarettes. Each time I felt guilty in my dream, but empowered when I woke up, because I knew it was a dream and that I will stay strong while awake.
