I'm free!!!!! I quit today Nov.1 st.2011 and it's my grandaugters brithday.I've been smoking since 15 an i'm 56 57 in Jan.We have 5 childern all grown.7 grandchildern.3 getting married next year.I smoked even without thinking about it auto pilot.been doing it so long it was part of my brain saiding ok time to smoke--------NO MORE i can do this it's my monster to fight.
