So, I have been focusing on this whole quit as... better for my health and what not.  Someone pointed out to me- Don't forget, YOU are an addict.  I have to say wow, I am!!!
Hi...I'm Renee, and I HAD been smoking for 18 years.
Remembering I am an addict has helped me work threw the want to light up.  Cause lets face it, if it wasn't hard to quit, this web site would not exist.  In the last weeks my quitting was like a BFF dying:o(  It was always there for me, when I was stressed, when I needed a moment to myself, having extra breaks at work, even when my grandma died.  Almost depressing.  This new me- hair smells great, yellow marks on my fingers gone, feeling less controlled by something else.  And, not to mention more money in the bank.  Here is to another day down!!!

I was doing a search on photobucket this morning for new quotes to post in people's blogs and I really like this one!  Congrats to you for fighting the brave fight.  And yes, I too love the way I smell without the cigarettes!

Yea.  I call those experiences 'the nicodemon effect' -- lying, cunning, cheating, stealing nicodemon gains control by pretending to always been our BFF, confident, comforter.  Don't buy it any more! LOLOL OSL.  I like the photobucket quote too.
