I cant believe day 1 is almost over! Not nearly as bad as we thought it would be. The patch def helped out a lot today taking the edge off. We are so proud of ourselvs! This is the longest I have ever gone without a smoke unless I was seriously ill in the hospital! We took everyones advise and kept busy. We were around 4 smokers all day today, smoking around us and we didnt smoke at all, even though it did smell wonderful.
Thank you everyone for advise and support. We do not know any of you, but it helped out so much!
On to day 2 day 3....... I know the days ahead will be hard too, but being this proud of myself just after day one, I cannot imagine how I will feel later on!
