Anyone else need or want to talk before I go to bed? I am so excited that I have made it a smoke free month once again. This time with the help from this site I KNOW I am going to stay quit.

Hello Brenda M. I couldn't sleep once again. So got back up it's now 3:36 am and I so hate that I can't sleep since I am and EX. If your still up would like to hear your story.

Congrats on making it another month, wish I would've known you were up I am always up late it seems I have a hard time sleeping also
