My quit date is Saturday. How will it be? I'm worried. My boyfriend is quitting same day as me - he with the patches and I am using Chantix. I wish there was a way to sleep through the whole quitting experience and wake up un-addicted!

I understand your worry. I was terrified too. I found that every morning when I took a deep breath of fresh air it was more and more relaxing. Every minute with out cigarettes is a freedom beyond compare when you look back at what you were chained to before. Best of luck to you both, and don't forget the community is here for you. It's a great little book written buy a man who smoked 100 cigs a day - no lie. He just gives you the facts and explains why you are afraid and validates it for you.
