This is well worth it the coffee in the morning is easier to drink than day 1 when I quit wanted that smoke so bad day 1 my cravings are starting to lessen the last six days I’ve been pretty much relaxing and letting my body go threw the changes another 15 days of 21 mg patch then I’m going down to the 14 mg for about 2 weeks and the 7mg for two weeks so a total of $ weeks together with the patches that should be enough don’t want to be dependent on the. But I’m gonna use the losengers as needed so I have something but I just think the patches are annoying and what if I want to go in the pool or something and then the medical tape leaves residue on you and I can never get it off even after showering my sleep is t a problem woke up a little past six this am that’s only Bc the change of clocks but six days ago I was waking up at four and smoking my smokes so know I have to learn to live life without the nicotine eventually I’m still getting nicotine through the nrt.. but in six weeks I’ll probably only use the losengers as needed see I quit before so I know I can do it again but what do I do if I get really stressed out learning new coping skills besides smoking that’s what usually takes me out is the stress builds up and then I reached for it after having like three mths and I don’t want to make the same mistake again. That’s why I post here every morning my thoughts and feelings when I normally would be smoking .. see like I said I’m previous posts my main motivation is to save the money but I’ve had no money come in yet to save my side job I do I haven’t been doing I sell bracelets Bc I usually always smoked when I did it so I gave myself sometime off from it but I think I’m gonna try to do it soon my bf smokes in the house when I’m in the bedroom for the night doesn’t really bother me as much as doing it right in front of me but I wished he would only smoke outside but I gotta realize we both live here and have different goals in mind mine is to quit and he’s been smoking like forty years so he quit and picked it back up again after his lung infection went away .. I see it today as a waste of money and I gotta keep reminding myself of that.. Has anyone ever used the clear patches verses the ones u get off the hotline that’s what I have left and I always have a problem getting them to stick any advice because I don’t want to waste them I look at them as five dollars each that’s my smokes for the day it’s weird but it’s keeping me on track but on my 7th day I’m gonna start to get out more I guess that would be tomorrow I do have work any way I drive cars at auctions part time and then i sell my bracelets.. I am starting to see my anxiety lowering my smell isn’t better yet it’s actually like I have the smokers flu but how Bc I’m on the patches and losengers and down time I’ve been taking naps trying to do other things besides thinking about that smoke and that’s starting to subside too the thought of it on my brain I heard it takes thirty days to break a habit is that true?? appreciate any feed back advice to so I can stay quit and follow suggestions that might have worked for you
