Time to get the nicotine out of my life once and for all.....been smoking for 36 years and I feel like this will be my last chance. Had quit for a year and a half about 3 years ago, and somehow let nicotine slip back into my life during a stressful time. Of course the nicotine did nothing but make me an addict again and made the stress work. I know I need support of friends on this site to get me through tought times as I hope I can help someone also. I love life and its time I start getting everything out of life as I possibly can, without the ball and chain of a cancer stick.
