Hiya friends,
New to the community, and so happy to have the support system! I'm on day 4, and for the most part it's been much more smooth than the last attempt at quitting. (I've tried twice in 20 years).
Overall, just grateful to have made it this far and breathing that feeling in deeply as I navigate the cravings. Peaches are in season and my heightened sense of taste makes them absolutely divine! Also walking, though it's insanely hot here. Working up a sweat feels very cleansing. Lots and lots of water and nourishing foods, herbs, supplements.
I already feel more IN my body. Less of a slave to the nasty things. Onward!
