I hope that everyone is enjoying this Easter Weekend, I can't think of much to say this morning other than please make sure and remain vigilant and protect your beautiful quits while enjoying each and every day that we are fortunate enough to be blessed with . Life is so much better without the crutch of cigarettes but you must be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and that means some rough patches for awhile and then once you reach that good place in your quit, you can start to reap the benefits of an Ex smoker.
