Just a new old friend checking in. Happy to say that I am 💯 smoke free. Using step 3 of the patches by choice for now. Switched to vaping initially to quit the cigs & it helped but quickly grew old so I gave that up, too, but it definitely did help with the physical motion for me personally. Smoked one cigarette since July 15 and it was HORRIBLE (thank God)! Now using the patch religiously every day. Sometimes it sucks but mostly it doesn't.
