"You Can't Change Anything Until You Change Your Mind"

When you smoked your first cigarette, would you have believed you would make it the most important thing in your life?

I don't believe any of us did but that's what it did to us.

We missed out on a lot of living to have the "freedom" to smoke.

Was it freedom or were we actually in bondage to something we couldn't live without?

The answer is clear. Nicotine wrapped us up in its bittersweet addiction and wouldn't let us go.

"Oh, it was so relaxing" was in reality a setup for the next one because the need to satisfy miss nictotine is never ending.

The Good News:

you can make the choice to quit smoking and nothing can force you to ever smoke again.

Make that choice and we can help you through the rest

DON'T THROW YOUR QUIT IN THE TOILET!
