Congrats on your First Month of Breathing FREE! I LOVE your Picture! And you're so right! Getting COPD is like flipping a switch - it happens with ONE SICKERETTE! And you never know which one it was because the insidious tobacco companies add ingredients that hide the symptoms and make it diffcult to detect! Everybody who smokes  or smoked should have a SPIROMETRY TEST and find out how their lungs are doing!!! SO PROUD of YOU, JoJo! Thank You for teaching me Courage!

JoJo..... It is SO wonderful to see you doing so well on your journey...... you inspire me to keep my quit strong.  I dont think I could get through all that with the strength and courage you have.  I want  you to know I admire you... very much.  Your positive attitude has kept me 'up' so many tmes...... I pray nothing but the best for you.  You are Loved so much by all...... including me ♥

Kathleen....... YES.  You CAN quit.   Pick a date and then get up and just DO IT.  Come here all day if need be.  (I did)  Read all the information about nicotine addiction..... if you understand why you are having the cravings.... it helps to deal them.  I hope YOU KNOW.... that you are WORTH THIS QUIT.  You can turn this around and begin to feel better.... I am going to pray for you to find the strength to do this!  I KNOW you have it.  Stay here and let all the very wise and supportive people here help you... hold your hand for awhile....and walk with you through this.  PLEASE.  Do this for you.  You will begin loving yourself again in a way you thought was lost.......  LET THESE PEOPLE HELP YOU.  (I'm sorry if I am coming on too strong.... but I want you to know that I thought the same thing....... that I could never quit... but I have ....for 67 days and counting............)   I will be looking for you .... and hoping you become a permanant fixture here at EX......  ♥

As always---my admiration for you know no bounds! You come here all the time with the intention of telling others what can----what WILL----happen if they continue to smoke.

You are so courageous my friend. Good to hear from you and know you are doing so well!

Awww,Hey Jojo! Great blog, my friend! Sorry I missed this, but have been spending some time on the site this afternoon and saw you blog on your page! You are definitely an inspiration for all who smoke and want to quit/ need to quit! we all NEED to quit whether we realize it or not,,you are sooo right about that! I'm just so sorry that you had to go through so much, but on the same note, happy that you got such a wonderful gift!

I am doing great! I know this is my forever quit, Jojo,,I promise! I hated to admit that some of my smoking friends I have to avoid for a short time. Eventually I will ask them to keep the sickorettes away from me! That was my downfall,,my frioend had me light and hold a cig for her and I did. Stupid on my part, but would have been nice to not been asked either,,lol

I love your new picture! Your kids are so beautiful and I know under all the tubes and stuff that you're beautiful too! You are to me always!

I love ya girl! You keep on rockin that quit! I am most proud of you!!

Love & Hugs!!
